Lung Fu Do Karate Self-Defense Review, Yon Kyu (Green Belt)

Number 1

  1. Uki - knife jab to midsection.
  2. Step to outside and grab wrist keeping movement going.
  3. Pivot while holding knife hand and turning wrist to cause uki to fall on back.
  4. Kneel with a knee on either side of Uki elbow.
  5. Break wrist to cause knife to drop.

Number 2

  1. Uki - outside slash with knife.
  2. Double-sword block inside.
  3. Reach across with hand that is nearest Uki and grab wrist and turn hand upside-down.
  4. Pull Uki by twisted wrist out while stepping back quickly until Uki falls face to ground.
  5. Place your knee on Uki knife arm and press down into bicep to force knife removal.

Number 3

  1. Uki - inward slash with knife.
  2. Double-sword block outside.

Number 4

  1. Uki - overhead slash with knife.
  2. Step to outside and guide Uki arm full circle with hands until straight up.
  3. With one hand holding Uki wrist, place other hand behind Uki head.
  4. Push hand over back while guiding head down to flip Uki on back.

  1. Uki - club swing from outside.
  2. Double-sword block inside.
