Lung Fu Do Karate Self-Defense Review, Hachi Kyu (Yellow Belt)

Number 1

  1. Uki - 1-hand lapel grab.
  2. Outer arm slap on elbow.
  3. Inner hand - thumb on uki knuckles.
  4. Twist uki hand in and push back keeping other hand on uki elbow.

Number 2

  1. Uki - 1-hand lapel grab.
  2. Outer arm down on inside of uki elbow.
  3. Inner arm under uki wrist, roll.
  4. Uki elbow on upper chest to hold.

Number 3

  1. Uki - 2-hand lapel grab.
  2. One arm under, second arm over, grab uki arms with knuckles up.
  3. Twist upper arm over lower arm uki elbow into uki inner elbow.
  4. Push uki lower arm up to hold.

Number 4

  1. Uki - 2-hand lapel grab.
  2. Like Number 1 - Right arm over both uki arms.
  3. Twist one uki hand off, two thumbs to uki knuckles.

Number 5

  1. Uki - 1-hand lapel grab.
  2. Circle under arm, grabbing elbow and lifting to hold.

Number 6

  1. Uki - 1-hand lapel grab.
  2. Circle over arm, grabbing shoulder to pull down.
  3. Opposite knee to face.

Number 7

  1. Uki - 2-hand lapel grab.
  2. Under uki arms, grab uki lapels with both hands.
  3. Pull uki close and knee to groin.

Number 8

  1. Uki - 1-hand lapel grab.
  2. Twist uki hand off, two thumbs to uki knuckles.
  3. Push down to force uki toward kneeling.
