Number 1

  1. Uki grab same side wrist.
  2. Twirl pinned arm down and in against uki thumb.
  3. Punch to solarplex with opposite arm.

  1. Uki grab same side wrist.
  2. Slam opposite hand down on uki wrist.
  3. Wrap fingers around uki hand with thumb against uki knuckles.
  4. Twist uki hand in and bend back while pressing elbow in with formerly pinned hand and stepping back with right.

  1. Uki grab same side wrist.
  2. Slam opposite hand down on uki wrist.
  3. Wrap fingers around uki hand with thumb against uki knuckles.
  4. With both thumbs, press against uki knuckles - keep close for greater strength.

  1. Uki grab both wrists.
  2. Clasp both hands together, jerk up sharply while stepping back.

  1. Uki grab opposite hand - as if shaking hands.
  2. Pull uki arm up, cradle uki wrist between thumb and forefinger.
  3. Lift elbow to push up on uki elbow while pulling down slightly on hand to bend uki wrist.

Number 6

  1. Uki grab opposite wrist.
  2. With free arm, grab uki wrist
  3. Step just to uki side between his side and arm (under).
  4. Step behind uki and, as hand comes free, grab uki wrist with freed hand while using the other hand to grab collar or chin and pull back.

Number 7

  1. Back to uki - uki grabs both wrists.
  2. Cat stanch, spin around, knee to groin.
  3. Repeat in opposite direction.

Number 8

  1. Back to uki - uki grabs both wrists.
  2. Step back between uki legs as if attempting to step behind him - this should cause him to bounce backwards.
  3. With same side arm as the leg that you stepped back with, elbow to face.
